Time for a little introduction into the “who” behind Crew and why it came to be! Crew is owned by Katie and Makael, two BFF’s who have a passion for all things pretty and girly and fun. We met in 2016 and have been close quite literally since the day we met.

      Katie owns a Wedding Venue called Peach Creek Ranch and hired Makael’s Makeup and Hair Company, Blushd Beauty, to do glam for their grand opening event. Thankfully our husbands (Ryan and Ej) love each other as well because they definitely had no choice but to mesh after years of weekend stays, vacations, and now businesses owned together. Needless to say, the rest is history but every piece was so clearly meant to be to bring us to where we are today. A few years ago, on our way back from a trip, we talked about how we would love to own an Airbnb together, so we made that happen rather quickly and still today own an Airbnb together on Lake Conroe (We brought on Stephanie and Zach, the owners of SoCo Blow Dry bar next door, to that venture as well last year and the 6 of us make a truly great team!). Every piece of our puzzle has lead us to be more intertwined as friends and business owners and we could not be more thrilled about it! 

      Katie and Ryan also own two other boutiques in college station (Threads Boutique and Suede Boutique) and since they opened their doors, we had talked about having one in the general HOU area at some point, since we have proven to work so well together. That is how our cute Crew was born! We absolutely have loved owning a business together that allows us to both show off our creative sides in so many ways. Plus, sharing this amazing space and being able to grow together as entrepreneurs and best friends. We truly love helping find women of all styles, sizes and age ranges find that perfect outfit and making them feel absolutely gorgeous. Being each other's biggest hype women, we find the most joy in creating a space that our CREW feels comfortable and beautiful enough to be themselves in. This boutique was created out of our love for being a girls' girl, which we think the world could use a few more of. No mean girls, no judgy girls, and no "too cool" girls allowed. You're home here, no matter who you are.
